What's the catch? Why is this free?

No catch. The whole tool runs in your browser, so there are no servers and no bandwidth costs. We're validating demand first; a paid tier with batch resize and API access may come later.

Can I batch resize multiple images?

Yes — one click exports your photo resized to all 17 marketplace presets as a ZIP. Single-image batch export is built in; multi-image upload is on the roadmap.

What image formats can I export?

JPEG, PNG, TIFF, and GIF. PNG is the default for product photos because it preserves transparency and is the format Amazon prefers. JPEG is smaller and great for social posts.

Why these dimensions

eBay's secondary picture slots (2 through 12 on a listing) display in a 4:3 aspect ratio thumbnail. The recommended resolution is 1280×960 pixels — large enough to support eBay's zoom feature, small enough to keep total listing bandwidth reasonable. Pictures smaller than 500×500 are accepted but render blurry in the gallery.

Can I mix 4:3 and 1:1 in one listing?

Yes. The main image must be 1:1, gallery pictures can be 4:3 or 1:1.

What about video?

eBay allows 1 video per listing. Use MP4 at 720p or 1080p, H.264 codec. We don't do video resize — use a dedicated tool like HandBrake.
