What size should a Facebook post image be?
Facebook feed images display best at 1200×1200 (square), 1200×630 (landscape, 1.91:1) or 1200×1500 (portrait, 4:5). Resizing to 1200 on the long edge avoids Facebook's compression artifacts while staying under its 20 MB limit.
How do I resize an image for Facebook without uploading it?
Choose the matching Facebook preset in the imgsize.cc workbench — square, landscape, portrait, cover or story — drop your photo and download the exact size as PNG or JPG. Processing is 100% local: zero upload requests, no account, no watermark.
What is the Facebook cover photo size?
The Facebook cover photo displays at 851×315 pixels on desktop and scales to mobile. Uploading a 1920×1005 or 851×315 image keeps text and logos inside the safe area. The workbench's Facebook Cover preset exports exactly 851×315.
